@KippenMaureen @HM_Passport Hi. I was told yesterday if you have proof you are flying in 2 weeks time, you can phone and have your case expedited. It's worth a try. Online however it states that your application can't be expedited until 10 weeks from date they received your documents.

@HM_Passport I also feel physically sick. We are supposed to fly out 3wks today and still waiting on my granddaughters passport which was sent 14/3. We are getting no joy either, trying to spk to someone. Hers at the Durham office too. Any advice guys??

@passportwaiting Does anyone know if online application is better? I have applied for my baby’s first passport online - I have no idea which office is processing it. But had no update since 12th April.
