@SandyofSuffolk It’s insane isn’t it. Look at these prices…. The fish was £2.50 not long ago. 100g of chocolate is a mental £3.99. NO NO and NO!!!

Two years ago, my budget for my weekly Aldi shop was £60. Some weeks, my shopping only cost around £55. Now, buying basically the same things, my weekly budget has had to increase to £75 and, most weeks, I go over budget by a couple of pounds. In just the last two weeks, a punnet of button mushrooms has gone from 89p to 99p. Percentage wise, that's one hell of a big increase. But they try to tell us food inflation has stabilised. These people who've never done a weekly food shop in their lives. 🙄

@SandyofSuffolk Poppy's pork chops were about £4.50 a year ago. They're now £6.50 ! I have no loyalty to shops. We went to FarmFoods in Berwick last week. Loads cheaper than even Aldi. 10 packs of butter for £10. It's £1.99 each in Aldi

As someone who has worked with disabled children and adults for over 20 years I just find the Netflix show #ISWEAR so heart warming ❤️ #johndavidson is an inspiration
