@British_Airways I’m unable to login to both your website and the app to book flights. The website says it’s having technical difficulties and the app hasn’t worked for me for the past 4 months. Can you assist please as I need to book a flight asap.

@Charls_1 Hi Charlene, please force close the app on your device and restart it. If this doesn't work, uninstall it completely from your device and download the latest version and try to login. If you continue to face issues, send us a DM. ^Steve.
