This girl that killed my daughter tried to cover up the crime and didn’t want to call police and when police was called she lied to them and coerced others to lie for her, too. She knew full well what she did. If it was shoplifting, or a crime where there was no bodily harm to anyone, sure 2nd chance but this, no. No chance. My opinion

States generally prefer to give minors a chance to straightened their life out because their brains are still developing and we all do things as youth we regret. Sometimes it's very bad. Sometime they don't learn. But they deserve a chance.
