British people will spend £4 on a meal deal every single working day, never cook, never calculate the annual total and then wonder why they can’t save. £4 a day is £1,040 a year. Eaten in a park. Under grey skies. In a triangle sandwich. This is not judgement. Just observation.

Socialism dies the moment you understand basic economics. Every socialist experiment—from the Soviet Union's 66 million deaths to Venezuela's 2,000% inflation—fails because central planners cannot calculate prices without markets. Ludwig von Mises proved this in 1920: without private property and voluntary exchange, rational economic calculation becomes impossible. You cannot allocate scarce resources efficiently when bureaucrats replace market signals. Cuba's average monthly wage remains $30 while North Koreans starve. Meanwhile, Hong Kong transformed from fishing village to financial powerhouse through free markets. Property rights create prosperity. Central planning creates poverty. The choice stays yours.

Dr. Roger Seheult just revealed one of the biggest studies on sunlight. A massive Swedish study followed 30,000 women for over 20 years and found that those who actively sought sun exposure had dramatically lower death rates from cancer, heart disease, and all causes. The shocking part? Sun avoiders had roughly double the overall mortality. Even heavy smokers who got plenty of sun had similar death rates to non-smokers who avoided it. Sunlight appears to extend life through vitamin D, nitric oxide, and immune support - yet we're still told to hide from it. Are you getting enough sun? — Dr. Roger Seheult (@RogerSeheult) on Steven Bartlett’s (@StevenBartlett) DOAC podcast
