Tbh the plushmaker "race" to make pokemon the day they're announced is always kinda discouraging to me lol 💦 I wanna make a Smolive too but something about the pressure of people calling it a "race" makes it feel pointless once somebody else does it first 💦

I swear I’m going to finish both of these but I made @CholyKnight ‘s gecko pattern even smaller and I’m so in love. 😍 The yellow one is the pattern at half size and the blue is maybe a 1/4th-ish?

My favorite past time is seeing how small I can make sewing patterns that are clearly designed for larger plushes.

I attempted to make a snake during Pathfinder tonight. I think it’s aight for a first draft I suppose, I couldn’t find my proper wire so it ain’t as bendy as I want.

@FollyLollySews That’s something I think about a lot: all the artists who just quietly disappeared from the internet and started new chapters in their creative lives. I hope those people are living good happy lives in peace 💕

I have a couple plushies from an artist who hasn't been online since 2015 and it's such an odd feeling to just have like... A fleeting part of someone's creative journey, you know? They're still some of my favorite plush of mine, though :)
