Trump’s latest disclosure shows 3,711 reportable transactions in Q1. That is not a typo. The filings showed 3,642 transactions in the larger filing and another 69 transactions in a smaller filing. Bloomberg called it “more than 3,700 trades” across names like $NVDA, $AAPL, $MSFT, $AMZN, $META, $SOFI, $INTC, $TSLA, $ORCL, $NOW, $ADBE, $UNH and more. Some of the largest sales were listed in broad ranges, including $META, $AMZN and $MSFT sales in the $5M-$25M range. The important context is that these are reportable transactions under Trump’s name, but they may have been made by Trump or his investment advisers. Still, 3,700+ trades in one quarter is insane. How is anyone supposed to look at that and think retail investors are playing the same game?

$fubo bouncing? The only thing I can think of is they're short on cash for the warrants in a couple years...... Everything I saw seemed expected. The1 thing we got wrong is that for the true power of the merger the content contracts need to align for fubo to get the discount

Couple of Curve Balls on $FUBO 1)Possible investors will realize the AI curveball angle and the tech fubo has. 2)AI Coding will make $fubo more efficient. It's not there yet. But then again fubos cost is mostly in content contracts.

$fubo the only thing is it seems they are short for their warrants that are due in a few more years. 200m in the bank may not be enough to cover it without a turn around in the business. But the debt isnt much.

$FUBO My honest thoughts FUBO management went into this deal with Disney like they have no choice or leverage. They sold the idea of this merger to their shareholders like it would start producing result and ramping from the get go. They also painted a picture hard for any shareholder to object to. When in reality they knew that it was not going to be exactly like that ( explains management selling at $3 ish) Today the company is headed in the right direction no doubt. But honestly I have not seen much quantifiable benefit from merger almost 6 months after. EBITDA has shown expansion but at the alter subscriber growth brutalization. It still looks like FUBO could have made similar progress if it was standing alone outside the cash bailout which is debatable. FUBO still remains high risk high reward play centered around actual execution vs promises. They have to start showing projects execution ahead of schedule to bridge cap between declining subscribers vs ARPU increase ceiling. A few quarters from now, they will run out of excuses and time and really face reality. Argument can be made that post merger timeline is still just a quarter and half. Others might argue that the companies knew they would merge before early January 2025 and should have straitened out a clear path and timeline once merger was approved. Bottomline, this is not the quarter FUBO finally gets its run. Management sounded cautious and kept with the promise story. If you hold this stock, you might have to wait for 2-4 more quarters for more clarity on execution or simply sell off your position and move on. I wouldn’t buy it if I do not have a position already except ofcourse you have a conviction and bullish

$FUBO reported as expected based on their earnings preview a month ago One thing is, it seems like they are under-selling the World Cup. They should have a huge month with their multiview tech. I, for one, will be resubbing. It seems like the upside will come later than sooner
