They may not have had total control over carriage agreement, but it doesn’t instill confidence. Board will fire @davidgandler if he doesn’t perform

@funhumbleguy @derminvests @davidgandler @AHorihuela Projected guidance they issued in Jan’ 2025 isn’t adding up to what they’re reporting now. The lack of them issuing forward guidance is even more suspicious. Announcing R/S without any positive news is criminal.

Had confidence in them, but haven’t been vocal until how obvious it’s become that they’re using this as an ATM. Mislead and scammed people to approve this merger. Now they’re silent

@derminvests @funhumbleguy So much potential, being squandered due to lack of urgency and/or just plain incompetency. They @davidgandler,@AHorihuela should have all the financial incentive to be on the offensive right now. At least, have some communication. Market cap valuation is priced for bankruptcy

@funhumbleguy yea i mean hindsight is that gandler sold 100% of his shares IMMEDIATELY on the announcement. a lot of other execs too. Since then just more selling. It certainly doesn't seem that insiders feel the new structure is going to result in success. Plus all exiting directors gone
