Charter Next Generation is actively working to eliminate waste to landfill across our #manufacturing facilities by the end of 2025. That’s why we’re proud to support the @CGLRGreatlakes Boat Wrap Recycling Program, to help keep boat shrink wrap out of landfills, protect the waterways of the Region, and transform discarded boat wrap film into valuable post consumer resin (#PCR) pellets. Since the start of the initiative in 2023, we have: ✅ Diverted approximately 30,000 lbs. of boat wrap film from landfills ✅ Converted discarded boat wrap into PCR Resin pellets ✅ Began evaluating materials for other potential end-uses By repurposing this material and helping local marinas achieve certified clean marina status, we’re driving a #CircularEconomy and reinforcing our commitment to a more sustainable future. Today, on #GlobalRecyclingDay, we reaffirm our commitment to a circular economy and a more sustainable future. As a GreenCircle Certified and ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification certified company, Charter Next Generation continues to lead the way in responsible innovation—designing specialty films that enhance #recyclability, reduce waste, and support a low-carbon future.
