We've already had the HGH discussion in our house, as well as palate expansion. My youngest will almost certainly need HGH. With the other three, too soon to tell. But they know I take peptides, there's no fear around using medicine to be healthier.

Everyone should wake up to this trend. In the West, rich people are making their kids taller. In the East, this is catching on as a general trend for status-maxxing parents.

NVIDIA will cut your power bill if you let them bolt a $1,000,000 data center to your house.
Or spend $2,999 and make $22,000.
Option 1, they bolt 16 Blackwell chips to the outside of your house. You get free internet, battery backup, cheaper electricity. They get a million-dollar asset running 24/7 on your property, serving requests for Amazon, Microsoft, Google.
Option 2, you buy a DGX Spark for $2,999. Size of a paperback. Sits on your desk. 128GB memory. Runs a 70B model locally. $10/month in electricity. No data leaves the room. Paid for itself in 6 weeks for someone spending $1,900/month on cloud GPU rentals. $22,000 back in year one.
One option, you're the infrastructure.
Other option, you own it.
Same NVIDIA chips. Very different contracts.

Chicken fat: 25% polyunsaturated.
Pork fat: 20% polyunsaturated.
Beef fat: 2 to 4% polyunsaturated.
A pig eats corn and stores it. The linoleic acid goes in through the trough and comes out in the bacon.
A chicken eats soy and stores it. The chicken thighs you bought for your health is now carrying the inflammatory profile of a commodity oil it never asked for.
A cow eats the same grain and biohydrogenates it. The rumen takes the unstable fats apart and reassembles them as saturated fat before any of it reaches the muscle.
The cow is a filter. The pig and the chicken are warehouses.
This is why ruminant meat will always be the healthiest food you could eat. Grass-fed or grain-fed.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.

Elon Musk just gave retirement planning the most radical advice possible:
“Don’t worry about squirreling money away for retirement in 10 or 20 years — it won’t matter.
You won’t need to save for retirement.”
His reasoning (from the same conversation):
We’re already in the singularity — “the event horizon” where prediction breaks down.
The accelerating timeline makes long-term saving irrelevant.
Services, homes, healthcare, entertainment — abundance will be so extreme that the old rules vanish.
Peter Diamandis: “The way this unfolds is fundamentally impossible to predict because of self-improvement of the AI and the accelerating timeline.”
Elon: “We’re in this beautiful sweet spot… like being at the top of the roller coaster about to drop. I don’t just have courtside seats — I’m on the court.”
If saving for retirement becomes pointless in the next 10–20 years because we’re already past the event horizon…
what’s the first thing you’d change about how you live right now?

Pensamos que nos quedan 20, 40 o 50 años de vida. Pero es mentira. La vida se mide en veces.
Te pongo un ejemplo:
A mí me vuelve loco esquiar.
Pero siendo realistas, voy 2 veces al año.
El año que voy 3, ya soy un privilegiado.
Si asumo que me quedan 15 años esquiando a tope, la cuenta sería así:
• No me quedan 15 años de esquí.
• Me quedan 30 veces.
No te quedan años. Te quedan momentos.
Aprovéchalos.
