$24,000 per year from this simple AI Dentist Voice Agent
(and why I’m probably insane for giving it away for free)
One dental practice was bleeding $6,000+ every month from missed after-hours phone calls.
That’s 20–25 potential new patients disappearing simply because no one was there to answer and book.
So I built an AI voice receptionist that books dental appointments 24/7, powered by n8n + ElevenLabs, and guided by the clinic’s internal rules and real scheduling availability.
Here’s what the system handles automatically:
→ Picks up calls with a natural-sounding AI receptionist
→ Captures patient info + insurance details
→ Checks live calendar availability
→ Schedules appointments instantly
→ Logs every interaction into a Google Sheet
The wild part?
A nearly identical AI voice system was sold to a dental practice for $24,000 per year by another founder.
And this isn’t limited to dentists.
Any service business losing revenue from missed calls can deploy the exact same setup.

been selling AI automations for 8 months
the last 4 have been high six figure months
here's everything i wish someone told me on day 1:
→ stop selling automations (sell amplifications instead)
→ boring niches print (PE firms, law firms, accountants)
→ sell first, build later (get paid to learn)
→ the constraint shifted from delivery to sales
→ clients pay to stop thinking about problems
→ specialists are eating generalists alive
→ charge for discovery calls (qualified buyers only)
→ deep pockets > cool niches
→ human skills compound while AI commoditizes
the "learn N8N for 6 months then sell" advice?
that's how you stay broke
filmed the full breakdown walking through each one with real examples

i stopped selling AI automation
here's what i sell instead
used to walk into meetings and say:
"we'll automate your workflows"
"AI will handle the repetitive stuff"
"you'll save 20 hours a week"
close rate? maybe 15%
businesses heard "automation" and pictured:
→ robots replacing their team
→ systems they don't understand
→ becoming dependent on tech that breaks
fear kills deals
so i changed the pitch completely
now i sell "employee amplification"
same exact service
completely different frame
here's how it works:
old pitch: "we'll automate your invoice processing"
new pitch: "tinky winky spends 6 hours a day matching invoices. what if tinky winky did that in 11 minutes and spent the rest of the day on supplier negotiations—the thing you actually hired him for?"
old pitch: "AI will handle your customer emails"
new pitch: "po answers 200 emails a day. 180 of them are the same 12 questions. what if po only handled the 20 that actually needed a human brain, and spent the rest of the time closing deals?"
the client doesn't want fewer employees
they want better employees
they hired tinky winky because tinky winky is brilliant at negotiation
but tinky winky is drowning in data entry
they hired po because po closes deals
but po is buried in inbox management
automation isn't about replacing tinky winky and po
it's about unleashing them
when you pitch replacement, you trigger fear
when you pitch amplification, you trigger excitement
"your team is about to become superhuman"
"same headcount, 3x the output"
"tinky winky finally does what you hired tinky winky for"
close rate went from 15% to over 60%
same service
same price
same delivery
different story
stop selling automation
start selling what automation enables
comment "AMPLIFY" and i'll send you the exact pitch framework + the discovery questions that uncover who tinky winky and po are in every business

the "unsexy" markets will make you richer than chasing AI tools ever will
- manufacturing operations coordinating production in email threads
- wholesale distributors tracking inventory in excel sheets
- construction firms managing million-dollar projects on whatsapp
- equipment rental companies tracking assets in notebooks
these markets have no glamour, no viral content, but insane margins
most still use infrastructure from 2005...which means even small fixes save them $40k monthly
they don't want complex systems...they want manual chaos eliminated
and the person who brings basic predictability becomes irreplaceable infrastructure
i broke down how to find these industries and what simple systems to build
like, rt & comment "markets" and i'll send the doc

selling AI agents WITHOUT building them yourself means:
• no full-time staff
• you close deals, experts build
• $5K-$15K+per deal (minimum)
• clients see ROI fast
If your goal is scaling past $50K/month, this model beats building everything yourself.
RT + comment “AGENT” and I’ll shoot over the method (must follow to get DM)

i sent 1M+ LinkedIn DMs in 2025 using AI LinkedIn outreach
cracked a system that books 3-5 calls per day on complete autopilot
here's the method:
most people send generic "hey saw your profile" messages that get ignored
i use AI to scrape prospects' content and create hyper-personalized audits at scale
the sequence:
- connection request with zero message
- wait 2-3 days
- AI generatesfree value based on their profile
- send it with zero pitch attached
80% reply rate because it feels personal even though it's automated
50% ask what you do
30% book calls immediately
you're positioning as the expert who gives value, not the desperate founder begging for meetings
i documented the entire system in a step-by-step guide
follow, like and comment "AI" and i'll send it to you

The LinkedIn gold rush is here.
It’s the biggest B2B opportunity since 2021 Twitter
I know 100s of people that are booking 10+ calls a week and signing $10,000 deals from LinkedIn.
It’s literally a hack if you simply know how to generate leads.
For the last few months I’ve been trying and testing dozens of strategies.
And I finally cracked the code.
Our average client is booking 3-5+ calls EVERY week.
This is by far the best platform I’ve found for signing whale clients.
I’ve documented our entire LinkedIn content AND outbound strategy in a step-by-step guide.
This strategy doesn’t just work for my clients or random people.
I have:
→ Booked calls with $10M-$100M companies
→ Become an authority in the LinkedIn space
→ Built a nurture and conversion system
All you have to do is just comment “GOLD” & I’ll send it your way in a few minutes.
We MUST be connected so I can DM it to you!

n8n's learning curve is brutal.
I've lost count of how many smart business owners I've seen:
- Get excited about n8n
- Spend 20+ hours trying to learn it
- Build absolutely nothing that works
They were doing everything "right."
Watching tutorials. Reading docs. Following examples.
But n8n content has a massive problem:
It's all created by developers who've been building workflows for years.
They don't remember what it's like to be confused by:
- "Just set up a webhook trigger"
- "Parse the JSON response"
- "Configure your HTTP request node"
If you don't know what those words mean, you're stuck.
And here's what makes it worse:
The stuff that's actually hard? Nobody talks about it.
- How to structure workflow logic when you're not a programmer
- What to do when your workflow just... stops working
- Which 5 nodes matter (vs the 395 you'll never touch)
- How to connect n8n to the tools you actually use
So you end up wasting weeks learning features you don't need, while the basics that would unblock you stay buried in some documentation page you can't find.
I went through this exact nightmare.
And after finally figuring it out, I decided to build what should've existed from day one:
A 6,600-word n8n guide written for business owners, not developers.
Everything you actually need to know.
In the order that makes sense.
- Self-hosted setup (no Docker confusion)
- Core concepts in plain English
- JSON handling for beginners
- Working workflows you can use today
- AI model integration walkthrough
- Solutions to every roadblock I've seen
If you're stuck right now, or you gave up months ago try this.
Comment "GUIDE" and I'll DM it over.
