It is highly likely that Farage will receive a suspension, if it is for longer than 10 days his constituents will be given the opportunity to sign a petition to force a By-election. Un-doubtedly this would be achieved, I cant see how he can avoid this. 1/2

Last week I decided to throw my support behind @AndyBurnhamGM for leadership of the Labour Party and on to PM. But I cannot do that now that I find out he says Transwomen. IE men. Should be allowed to use the ladies toilets. I can never support anyone that does this. Biological Women must have single sex spaces.

However if Farage is ousted as the MP for Clacton, he is legally permitted to stand as a candidate in the resulting by-election. Given his strong personal support and Reform UK's recent surge in local elections, Farage would likely be the favorite to win his seat right back.
