@RyanDivish do you think he would play better defense at one of the corner outfield positions? thinking about if and when they call up Emerson. or is DH a more likely destination?

Brendan Donovan talked about some of his mistakes and missed plays in the field.
“It’s not something you can run from,” he said. “You’ve just got to keep preparing and understand I’m not playing to the standard that I set for myself, defensively and what I have done the last few years. That’s frustrating. My biggest thing is I just want to help the team win, and I don’t feel like I’m doing a very good job of that over there, so I’ll continue to prepare.”

New York is such a funny city because it’s currently the single safest major city in America on a per capita basis and literally everyone pretends it’s violent for political reasons

@elleduncantv @Broadcaster005 I don’t think it’s a wild expectation to want to watch a broadcast which makes the actual game itself feel compelling. but rather than talk all that much about the sport, the two teams playing, or the league generally, we had to watch Bert Kreischer.

My point Sean is if you were always gonna watch open g day for the baseball of it you’re gonna watch it anywhere, but if you weren’t we were programming for you. And I think the numbers showed that. Netflix is consistently clear about their take on eventizing things. There’s no wool being pulled over anyone’s eyes.
English

This such a bad analogy from @elleduncantv because this was the ONLY option to watch the game. If it was broadcast on local tv AND Netflix, fine, cater to the "baseball curious."
The game was ONLY on Netflix, meaning the people that turned it on to watch baseball had to watch this production that had nothing to do with the game for a majority of it. You have the choice of going to a Mexican restaurant, you didn't have the choice of watching this Netflix broadcast if you wanted to watch the game.
