@Paylogic @tomorrowland I am absolutely annoyed. I was confirmed shipment will be done to new address. It is showing reception has collected it. What options do I have now as I won’t be going to that address and it is shown as delivered?

After raising all these requests and getting confirmation, I got an email of dispatch with the old address ! Such a disappointing service even when I informed it is due to medical emergency. Absolutely ridiculous !

@Etsy Absolutely horrible customer service representative. Order 2924905061 was placed today and another order which I can’t find on 14th june. Both duplicate and successful but can’t see history , can’t see any details in my account . Ridiculous product and customer service!

@lebara I have come to india with absolutely 0 network. Had it for 15 mins. I called customer service and they escalated to network team but no one got in touch. I don’t get OTP or anything and can’t do bank transactions. I am stuck. Hope someone helps and resolves this issue.

@HSBC_UK ridiculous customer service chat. It’s been 2 hours and I have been given stupid links , same questions asked and absolutely no responsibility to raise a dispute. Even new fintech apps like monzo and Revolut takes 2 mins to do it. Disappointing!

@Bose is it ok & that customer service denies your request can’t be escalated ? Disappointing. Sound sport stopped working exactly after warranty ended. They r supposed to last longer! Not the quality expected. Hope someone deals this better

@OVOEnergy I waited 1.5 hours and after 45 mins chat with customer agent with irrelevant questions. I was told she can’t help (Shaz) and disconnected the chat. Ridiculous and disappointing! Original complaint was that I would have fixed tarrif and I am on variable rate!

@turo why am I being charged for cleanliness issue when I returned the car clean ? There is no evidence or any proof what wasn’t clean . Does it mean the host can charge any how and the guests have no say ? This is total disappointment and unnecessary headache. Clear the charge!
