Hurts isn’t a bad QB by any means, but the offense has to be tailored to a very specific way and the NFL has made it hard to run that offense with them cracking down on RPOs (and defenses getting better at defending them)

@ZachHicks2 When you have the cap.. and the chance that your starting qb may not be ready week 1. Trading him for anything less than a 3rd-4th is just foolish. I don’t understand this whole trade him because he wants to be traded so he can sit behind a starter for another team

I really don’t understand the Ty Simpson love. He had a few good games early in the year but he’s tiny, dealt with a lot of injuries, and plays a chaotic brand of football in the backfield. Like if your goal is a guy being a version of Brock Purdy, that’s concerning

I’m not the biggest Ballard guy, but there’s a reason that there’s been so many trades. Free agents aren’t great. Give it time to see if he can make a couple trades..

@RomeovilleKid Honestly him playing hardball is best case scenario in my opinion. If colts place the tag on him and another team decides they want to pay more and give 2 1sts.. but it gives you a chance to evaluate and make the right decision, even if it costs a few more dollars next season..

1) I don’t believe Peterson is “faking” the injuries or load managing. I just think he has been told the moment he feels anything at all to tap out. 2) I think it’s probably as much a mental issue than a physical one at this point. 3) If he wanted to protect his draft stock, he would have shut it down a month or more ago.

Here’s what makes this Darryn Peterson situation even worse. Peterson and his camp have offered no real explanation on what’s going on all season. It’s called terrible PR. Just come out and explain the situation because obviously Bill Self has been and still is trying to protect the kid.

Bryan Hodgson, in his first season, has South Florida in first place in the American after beating Tulsa yesterday. The Bulls are tied at 8-3, and swept Tulsa this season. Hodgson, a former Nate Oats assistant at Buffalo and Alabama, was 45-28 in two years at Arkansas State before being hired at USF. Big man Izaiyah Nelson had 25 points and 10 boards yesterday and is averaging 16.3 points, 9.8 rebounds and 1.5 blocks this season. If/when Syracuse makes a move on Red Autry, I'd expect Hodgson - who is from just outside of Buffalo - to be in the mix.

@J_Butler05 @BrentAxeMedia The resources is questionable, Syracuse is 11th in the ACC basketball in NIL and hasn’t made the tournament in YEARS. And even the ending of boeheims tenure they were fringe tournament teams. I love Cuse but think the world of us being a “blue blood” is over.
