Happy birthday to ESPN and @SECNetwork's @AlyssaLang. After a big offseason (getting married!), Alyssa will again play a key reporter/host role in our college football game & studio coverage this fall, as well as other sports throughout the year.

On Tuesday, Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen catered the pre-game meal for the @KnightsBaseball who got off to a 1-0 lead in the first inning and didn’t look back. The Knights won 6-3! CAK with the food fuel to satisfy and energize!

Today! Chef Kaegan is on @QClifeWBTV at 9:20 am making a sweet potato quiche! We have a 2-Day nutritional cooking class workshop on May 2nd and 3rd.

For the 5th year in a row, Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen has been catering pre game meals for @KnightsBaseball at least once per homestand. We fed the team tonight who promptly got off to a 3-1 lead. Go Knights!
