@BlueCrossNC after 4 years of covering my CGM for my diabetes monitoring, all of a sudden you decided to stop covering it, even though Rx by my Dr for my Type 2 diabetes monitoring. Real healthy and responsible of you @BlueCrossNC . Then explain why you covered it for 4yeats

@BlueCrossNC my husband has surgery schedule for 7 am tomorrow, today he receives a denial for overnight stay; we had to fight for the PET scan resulting in his cancer spreading; he already pays over $1000/month in premiums and currently (before denial!!!) has to pay $11k upfront

@BlueCrossNC: help, pls. Not emergency but can’t get migraine med refilled until 1/25, when everything will be sheet of ice thru Tues. Migraines=weather-triggered. 😢 Pharm tried to put through for Sat but no luck. NC already in state of emergency. Any way I can get SAT refill?❤️

@BlueCrossNC Well I had an annual Dr. appointment this morning and Blue Cross NC had canceled my policy. After sending me my new card last week. So I reached out to the market place and they said I have an active policy. Then I called BCBSNC and was told that I was current on the billing but they canceled it. So they now must reissue me a new policy. “They are having some issues where members have paid but the policy are being cancelled.” So now it will take 72 hours to reissue a new policy. I asked what should I do if I have a medical emergency…..”Give us a call and we will reach out to your Dr. “ 🙄. Stay healthy my friends.

@BlueCrossNC I'm so disappointed that as I got sicker, you denied most of my claims and said I wasn't eligible for help with life saving medications. Called customer service and was answered after waiting forever to be told no one could talk to me because of high volume calls??
