@BlueCrossNC sucks! They cut my Blue FlexCard benefit to $49. What an insult, not to mention they reduced the items you could buy with it. When asked why I was told health insurance is getting to expensive. So their answer is to screw we seniors who pay for this benefit. 🤬

@BlueCrossNC just a word of warning to you,my family is dropping all coverage with all insurance company's, its getting harder and harder to get you all to pay your part. I know of pharmacies that have closed due to yours and otjets non payment.. you have lost me as a customer

@BlueCrossNC my husband has surgery schedule for 7 am tomorrow, today he receives a denial for overnight stay; we had to fight for the PET scan resulting in his cancer spreading; he already pays over $1000/month in premiums and currently (before denial!!!) has to pay $11k upfront

(In the last week, I’ve spent over 5hrs on calls w/ @BlueCrossNC + back & forth calls & diff requests to my endocrinologist & 2 diff pharmacies trying to get my insulin pods prescription approved. ==>Staying alive & healthy as a Type1 diabetic SHOULD NOT be this hard!🤬)

@BlueCrossNC: help, pls. Not emergency but can’t get migraine med refilled until 1/25, when everything will be sheet of ice thru Tues. Migraines=weather-triggered. 😢 Pharm tried to put through for Sat but no luck. NC already in state of emergency. Any way I can get SAT refill?❤️
