A healthy relationship or marriage is one where you feel comfortable expressing frustration, annoyance, and anger (within reason) without the other person getting up in arms in response. If you don't have this, then you're always going to be bottling up emotions and then when they do come out, it turns into big drama. There is a balance between this and obviously controlling yourself and wanting to be as positive as possible with the person you love, because you want them to see and experience the best of you.
