Romans 8 - No condemnation. No separation. “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Rom. 8:1). No condemnation. Why? Because what the Law could not do, God has done (Rom. 8:3). The Spirit gives life. Not assistance, life (Rom. 8:10–11). Those who are led by the Spirit are sons of God (Rom. 8:14). Not merely pardoned, but adopted. And if sons, then heirs, heirs with Christ (Rom. 8:17). Even so, suffering remains, weakness remains, but so does intercession. The Spirit intercedes (Rom. 8:26). The Son intercedes (Rom. 8:34). Then the ground of it all. Those whom He foreknew He predestined. Those He predestined He called. Those He called He justified. Those He justified He glorified (Rom. 8:29–30). No losses. No exceptions. “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?” (Romans 8:31). And “Who will separate us from the love of Christ?” (Romans 8:35) Not tribulation, nor distress, nor death, nor life will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord! God’s grace does not merely begin salvation. It carries it to completion. If God has justified you, who will condemn you?

Probably my best year as far as NCAA Men’s Basketball brackets go. But then things went sideways after last night. I was ranked 31st (wow!) going into the weekend and then it all turned for the worst. 😂

@robeddy24 I’ve got Michigan winning it all in one of my other brackets. They are good. Hard to beat. Deserving.
