@Momooo1717 pernah denger cerita ada karyawan yg ga jujur, sering bohong, tapi awet banget di perusahaannya.. lalu akhirnya dia udah pensiun tapi anaknya lanjutin usaha bapaknya lagi di situ..

Jadi keinget cerita dikerjaaanku ini Ketidakjujuran yg ngehancurin Perusahaan, ceritanya sudah bertahun-tahun ada vendor yang menguasai maintenance AC di kantor gue. Mulai dari sekitar 2015 sampai 2022, dia sudah kek kartap gitu itungannya. Meng-handle 6 divisi sekaligus. Tiap divisi punya lebih dari 100 unit AC. jadi tiap bulan dia mencuci 100 AC per divisi. Dua kali setahun dia keliling semua divisi. Harga yang ditagihkan? Rp100.000 per unit. Padahal harga pasar waktu itu cuma Rp50.000–60.000. Tapi itu belum seberapa. Yang lebih “kreatif” adalah cara mereka mencari pemasukan tambahan. Hampir tiap kali ada pencucian, muncul saja 15 sampai 20 unit AC yang tiba-tiba “rusak”. Kerusakan macam-macam, dari gas bocor, kompresor mati, sampai PCB hangus. Biaya perbaikan per unit? Rp200.000 sampai Rp500.000. Rapi sekali laporannya. Suatu hari, teman saya yang lulusan SMK Teknik Pendingin ditugaskan jadi pengawas saat teknisi mereka sedang mencuci AC di salah satu divisi. Dia mengamati dengan teliti. Beberapa unit yang sudah divonis “rusak berat” oleh teknisi, dicoba dinyalakan — semuanya nyala normal. Tidak ada masalah. Teman saya langsung melapor ke atasan. “Ini kayaknya ada yang tidak beres,” katanya. Atasan menyuruh bukti. Akhirnya dicek satu per satu, dan benar saja, hampir semua AC yang “rusak” itu sehat-sehat saja. Vendor dipanggil, diberi peringatan keras. Mereka minta maaf, janji tidak akan mengulangi, tapi ternyata itu cuman omng kosong. Beberapa bulan kemudian, giliran divisi gue lagi. Teknisinya berganti, tapi vendornya sama. Pola lama kembali muncul. Kali ini tim gue udah siap. Terbukti mereka sudah melakukan hal yang sama selama bertahun-tahun di hampir semua divisi. Hanya saja sebelumnya tidak ada yang mengawasi dengan ketat. Akhirnya, kontrak vendor itu diputus total. Setelah diganti dengan vendor baru, semuanya berubah drastis. Harga cuci jauh lebih murah, kualitas kerja lebih baik, dan yang paling mencengangkan: kerusakan beneran per divisi cuma 1–2 unit, itu pun tidak tiap bulan. Kalo hitung-hitungan kasar keuntungan mereka dulu: Selisih harga cuci saja: Rp40.000 × 100 unit = Rp4 juta Servis fiktif: rata-rata Rp300.000 × 20 unit = Rp6 juta Total ±Rp10 juta bersih per bulan. Semua keuntungan itu lenyap dalam sekejap. Dan beberapa bulan kemudian, gue dapet kabar kalo perusahaan vendor tersebut tutup permanen. Semua proyek besar yang vendor itu pegang dibatali semua. Kepercayaan dari customer lain juga hilang. kebenrnya kasian usaha yang sudah dibangun bertahun-tahun, hancur cuma gara2 satu kebiasaan buruk: ketidakjujuran. Xabi Alonso suits the squad. Built for control more than anything, even under Maresca we controlled 70% of games even those that were against the big teams, Xabi built Leverkusen off that. Iraola coming in will mean the squad needs a major surgery to change the midfield composition completely to his intense style, but with the right midfield signing to add legs and CB signing with the correct wingers and attackers, Xabi can work with this squad. Cesc does suit the squad too well but it will take time too and I don't want this ownership to mess up a promising coaching career. Nagglesman can also work with this squad, same things he needs with the wingers and CBs and midfield signings. Anyone that comes would require the right signings and power for their vision and not half hearted buy in. Especially the top ones.

@MobyChe Maresca gives the standards how a top tactician set the tactics.. now they're not believe rosenior tactics under Maresca even when we lose.. we not lose on tactical point.. now we lose everywhere.. we have a setback like under Potter again

The players don't believe in what's happening, especially when they are losing, they are not running and they are not putting any more effort. Most are ready to go the World Cup for their teams. You will see a different level of performance. Parting ways with Maresca the way they did, angered the players and they haven't recovered.

So, Palmer’s hamstring isn't completely healed. I wish he won't be called up for the World Cup. If he carries that to the World Cup, he will likely be benched in most games. I'd rather have him take the summer to recover completely for next season.
