Yesterday I had a chance to help deliver shooting and finishing activities at Stamford Bridge; with the privilege of representing @ChelseaFC to the 600 fans taking part in the stadium tours event. Thanks to @ChelseaFCDegree and @CFCFoundation staff for organising my involvement!

Insightful day at Chelsea FC, Cobham Training Ground. It was a privilege to discuss Mental Health and Well-being with Academy Players Robyn, Eddie, Jimmy, Travis and Reiss. Sharing your experiences with us only helps to better us as coaches and people, so that we can have the tools to help the people around us in moments of need, whether that's because of injury, family bereavement or losing your place in the team etc…..
