I love @RomeluLukaku9, but there’s very much a plan B feel to this, which isn’t great when you consider that the teams who finished above us last season are getting their plan As done. I wonder if we’ll ever learn from our mistakes. It doesn’t feel like we have yet.

This Pedro Neto transfer is a risk. His production is non elite and his injury history is scary. One of these flags you could maybe live with, both are pretty scary. It might work out and he could be very good for us but it's a risk.

@ChelseaRumours This is the exact problem. We have 6-7 VERY good players, and then we have the rest that are so flawed that they cannot hang at all. Gusto (controversial I know), James, Caicedo, Enzo, Palmer, Joao are genuine top players but we lack any sort of depth. Delap is an example of it.

The game was there for the taking. Losing by 3 goals is genuinely impressive.
The weak cogs in the machine are just too weak still, and it’s not news to anyone at this point. Recruitment has been a shambles, and the people responsible for it are here until 2031 (atleast.)

Jörgensen has thrown this tie away for Chelsea. Yes, they've been naive at times, been countered on...but he's genuinely cost his team several times and it could've been worse.

Looking at the list of players who’ve gotten red cards, only Chalobah’s was somewhat unlucky. The rest pure stupidity. We should not be accepting these standards @ChelseaFC.
