@ChipotleTweets Hey, your Maple Grove MN location (Main Street) blatantly ignored my mobile order and neglected to make it. Showed them proof that it went through, and they continued to ignore until I specifically demanded they make it. 2nd time this happened. They were SO rude.

And I did email through your “contact us” form

This is the manager that was rude and ignore, then skipped the order.

Every “online help” avenue on @MNSure ultimately directs you to just call them, and they’re only available 8-4 M-F. I’ve timed it, and it takes 8 minutes just to get through the prompts to be put on hold.

@MNsure Will phone lines be open on Memorial Day? Your 8-4 hours Mon-Friday only don’t work for me because I’m teaching all day and it takes 5-10 minutes just to get through all the commands. I don’t have time to sit on hold during the work day.
