Until the strategy changes and addresses 2 or 3 of these points - preferably 1 and 3 as absolute A1 priority, Chelsea as a side will go nowhere. Rather than focusing on being likeable, easy on the eye or any of that nonsense, focus on winning.

@ChelseatheLab He was top notch before his injury but a million miles away from that now. Why we spunked so much money on him after that injury is curious to say the least.

I said when we bout him we should not buy a player who been injured for so long which turned out to be correct but how anyone thought he was any good is odd. The occasional good game but often poor, and he’s clearly looking to go to Marseille if he can.

This summer is a tipping point for Chelsea… Unless they drastically change their recruitment strategy, they will remain a club capable of competing for Champions League qualification rather than major honours. It’s painfully obvious they need an elite goalkeeper and an experienced centre back… Until they do, manager after manager will be the scapegoat.

@TheBlueDodger The squad has been built by SDs for what they think is best but it’s never going to be the right squad when they pick the wrong managers.

I really don't get the 'squad built for him' part. Isn't that a major contradiction of what we've been told? That the manager should be interchangeable and the style of play stays the same, etc. What a mess.

@RichardDeller1 @mloup Agreed but the things those stats account for is when we have a lot of the ball most games oppo is chasing the ball when we are just passing it around. That said when we have the ball there is nowhere near enough movement from our players.

Chelsea have been out-run by every other PL team this season according to MOTD. Which confirms what our eyes see. Pedestrian strolling side to side slow shit. Rosenior believes in this style btw. Fuck off out of it

@Nino12x No because none of them will be at Chelsea next season. It would mean the owners admitting they’ve got it wrong and the SDs buying players that would show up all their signings, so no.
