I know I’m not young anymore because the list of places I want husband and I to visit post-quarantine is just various doctors.

Also wishing we could hear from @bobwaldrop right now - on food sovereignty, worker’s rights, building a food hub from nothing. And he would have been the king of make-do home recipe sharing.

Guess I have to mention on here that it's my last week at The New Yorker. I'm moving to Oklahoma (!) at the end of the month to be managing editor at @nondocmedia and help out with the exciting local reporting they’re doing.

I already had several reasons to be pumped about this (in addition to being angry) - it will bring more traffic to @UrbanAgrarian and it will put the farmers market in a more central location, in a building that was BUILT in 1928 to serve as a farmers market.

Thanks @stevelackmeyer for helping me find two more reasons to be angry about this - 1) excluding farmers and customers from this decision was INTENTIONAL and 2) there’s grant money now supporting an inferior market opportunity for farmers.

@jenn_dilley I did this thing! I loved it so much I painted all four walls emerald in my next bedroom and all of the cabinets at @UrbanAgrarian. Then my husband and my business partner made me stop.

I have been fantasizing about painting an accent wall a deep emerald green. Anyone have something like this in your home? Show me how to make it work!
