@ChemicalBank I've somehow gotten locked out of my mortgage account in your website upgrades and in order to gain re-access have to call. However, have sat on hold for over 45 minutes and am hanging up. Please advise on a more efficient way to access my account.

#ChemicalBank worst online system I've ever seen. Spent hours on the phone with CSR to enroll into the "new system", and the conclusion was "we don't have your DOB". I was asked to mail my ID! This is a mortgage acct, you had my tax return, income and everything. @ChemicalBank

@ChemicalBank The digital banking rollout has been a disaster for me. I called Friday morning and opened a ticket but have received no call back. Completely shut out of being able to access my account.
