@AlliantCU Horrible wiring experience. If @AlliantCU needs to add a manual "verification process", at least have some employee actually working on it. Nobody called and I couldn't reach anyone. Wasted all morning. Twitter DU no respond either.

@bluevine @eyallifs Understanding your team is busy helping PPP. However can the team also work on LLC account opening? We've been patiently waiting for 1 month. Phone CSR very polite, but cannot make any movements. Everytime I call, keep getting promises. But noone work on it.

#ChemicalBank worst online system I've ever seen. Spent hours on the phone with CSR to enroll into the "new system", and the conclusion was "we don't have your DOB". I was asked to mail my ID! This is a mortgage acct, you had my tax return, income and everything. @ChemicalBank
