Ok. Things are getting back to normal. We're just waiting for the networking on some always on machines to recover

Having issues with one of our storage servers, we're working on a fix (it's not impacting PythonAnywhere EU)

@pythonanywhere Actually, what's the update on the investigation outcomes for the few unplanned outages in the past? If there's a problem with maintaining server uptime, I think we should be informed, especially customers on paid plans.
