@azusai_ @Kimberstar_ I can understand that! Like I explained, this works/worked for me and the artists I've commissioned before, but for different artists or clients a bit more detail might be needed

@CherenaChaosFae @Kimberstar_ The reason i like to add some details was because of a certain client. They had charged back after working for no reason. Luckily i wrote “vtuber design art”. So, i was able to back my TOS into it and win the case.

How to avoid this issue!!
1. Do not ever disclose that you do nsfw or lewd art. Nsfw is against PayPal tos. Ask your client not to too. (Seems bad but we have no choice)
2. Do not deliver the files through paypal if it’s nsfw.
3. You do need some details on invoices. Make it as generic as possible. Eg. “full body art commission on xyz, to be delivered on xyz”.
Keep your NSFW details away from PayPal!!

@azusai_ @Kimberstar_ 2) - because not all of them match my PayPal email besides having "Cherry" in it, which is incredibly generic now. Usually I've also told them where payment is coming from (email) so we can both keep track of payment too, so it's just my website username or nothing

i couldn't find any high fantasy characters with hearing aids so i designed some!
