Chang Family does ramen night. 2 gallons of ramen, ~8 adult servings, 30 mins cooking time Sauté garlic and shallots in the pot 2 chicken stock Equal parts water Boil rotisserie chicken for 10 mins Remove chicken, set aside to cool, debone Add basil, miso base, chicken bullion Add chipped bok choy, green beans, mushrooms, yellow bell pepper Add canned baby corn and water chestnuts Add chicken (hand shredded) Add ramen, stir for 3-5 mins Add ice to drop the temp and stop ramen (~32 oz of cubed ice from fridge) Serve, with fresh bean sprouts, matchstick carrots, thinly sliced jalepenos. Kids crushed it and 2 went back in for more! **** The trick is to just do all of this while you work so there is a natural 3-5 mins between ingredient adds. This way you can chop and clean as you go, and it all comes out right on time.
