@virginmedia I wish to cancel my contract, I’ve been phoning for 3 days and am just on hold, after an hour I give up. Are these calls free or am I paying for that to? I hope these days of not being able to contact you, you will deduct off the notice period I have the give you?

Even drove to airport to speak to a BA advisor as couldn’t get through on phone, advisor at airport said I would get all my money back and BA would honour this. This info was in my claim , but just seems to be lies as I was not given all my money back as promised............l

@British_Airways Asked for a travel voucher for my holiday that was over £600, got a voucher for £194 only for flights, BA said they won’t refund hotel costs and I would have to go through my travel insurance. Ask for a refund for the £194 so I can book elsewhere and was refused a refund

Due to the continued uncertainty around #COVID19, we’ve extended our flexible change policy for anyone due to travel up to 31 July 2020. All new and existing travel vouchers issued under the policy are now valid until 30 April 2022. Visit ba.com/confidence for more info

There is more than enough food and supplies to go around if we only take what we need. Retweet if you are thinking of your community and those keeping us safe by shopping responsibly.

@MattHancock You need to put a full lockdown in place, all the closing of pubs, restaurants, cafes cinema's is a good start but it's not enough, people are not taking this seriously , the sun comes out and everyone goes out. Only way to save lives is to put the uk on full lockdown, please

@reel_villan @NHSuk @DHSCgovuk I am thinking the same, I’m asthmatic so I’m working from home to keep safe, but my husband is a mechanic and his business is still open, so he is going to work dealing with the public which is becoming worrying and feeling anxious about this.

@NHSuk @DHSCgovuk Still no information on what to do if you are at high risk but are living with someone still being made to go into work. Surely they should be made to stay home too?! Otherwise that is a risk...
