@I_Skream There is a place on Harley Street in London that specialises in this. They test your ears and then make custom moulded ear plugs just for you. I’ll dig out the name later when I’m home and send you a link

Seriously need a hearing test! Can anyone recommend the best place to get one and get earplugs sorted? Since I’ve been gigging again my ears have gone to shit!
