@UPS_UK do you advise your delivery drivers to not bother attempting delivery to actual customer addresses and pretend they couldn’t so they can just dump it all at a local shop later in the day? This is what always happens when UPS are due to deliver to me. Lazy liars.

I have spent 2 weeks in unsatisfactory emails exchanges with your global CS team trying to get an answer as to why my shipment is still stuck in German customs. Still unresolved. Why can't I speak to a human who actually help?

@UPS_UK thanks for the delivery but you took it to the wrong property. You obviously didn’t speak to the owner as he (luckily) brought it around to me straight away. Delivery to wrong house is not actually delivered is it 🤬
