@BorderReloaded @RRuckus42846 @dyingscribe The reason people think if you get one you can get both is because both types *can* infect the other's preferred site. It's just much less common and looks a bit different. I only have type 1 but I hear type 2 on your lips hurts like a mf. It's the more dangerous type.

@BorderReloaded @RRuckus42846 @dyingscribe herpes viruses, they'll already be scanning for the type 1, not able to find it. So if you are exposed to type 2, the immune system goes AHA, FOUND ONE, and kills it quickly, as long as your immune system is up to snuff.

@G4mingNerd4Life @EpicNNG My understanding is that while it's based on Forzatech way underneath, the actual engine that Playground uses is heavily their own, like how the call of duty engine or Source are just quake way down deep, or like how Halo 5's engine is just Blam way down deep.

@spinelessaisha That's why you watch Doug DeMuro. His podcast is really fun too (in spite of his cohosts).

@krispy1337 @HOONICAT @GamerGB1988 @GeForce_JacobF I'm really hoping that with Helix they are planning a big pathtracing update, because I would think that would fix these specific issues. RDNA5 is going to get a massive pathtracing boost, and they would probably need to mess around with that to properly optimize for it.

@NavyBluue_ Huge reason I'm excited for Fable is just to see how well they can make a game that looks like that run.

@NavyBluue_ Playground are optimization goats. Ever since FH1 which is one of the most technically proficient on xbox 360, everything they've done has been fantastic. The only blunder was FH3, which was their first PC port, and to this day you just have to brute force with high CPU clocks.

@serapiao_luiz @dsdav3 @mygamesir Yeah one of the disadvantages people had about hall effect is that it was actually worse than capacitive at precision. Although the newest hall effects like in the Vader 5 mostly clean that up and I have no issues. TMR is more precise my default so you know you aren't sacrificing

@agarcellano It has their unique vibe. I like it a lot. It feels like a game on xbox 360/ps3, but in a good way and way more slick

I'm still a bit surprised that this is the same team that made Metroid Dread. I feel just about the same with Beast of Reincarnation by GameFreak. I might grab this while it's on sale.

@FranckTrapon It makes you realize why they waited until the 6th entry to do Japan. Raytracing is so effective in Tokyo. So even though you can turn RT off, they definitely wanted it in their engine to ensure it ran well and the art design was well suited when it released.

@JMotion0 @TheCanadianGTR One place you do really notice a nice difference, where it's totally good looking without, but adds this nice more natural look with, in terms of global illumination is underpasses and tunnels. The RT lets the natural light bounce under them correctly and it's like whoa.

@TheCanadianGTR Aside from reflections in the cities, there's no a crazy difference, which is really cool. Means that the default baked-in stuff is really well considered. The general lighting style is a little flat overall, but that's my subjective taste. Has nothing to do with the RT comp.

other day saw this post where a guy talk about wanting to break up with his GF because she coerced him to CNC after he already said no... and I keep seeing these posts framing it as "coward men (negative) cant handle freaky women (positive)" rather male victim of a form of SA.
