@Menhoodgrooming I have tried reaching your customer support team multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or assistance so far. I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for repair or replacement of the product as per warranty.

@Menhoodgrooming I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a trimmer that I purchased approximately three months ago. The product has stopped working completely despite normal usage. This is highly disappointing, as the product is still under the warranty period.
