@FedExHelp @ultabeauty Package has been sitting at Jacksonville FL facility since 4/7 with no movement or delivery date. Already DM’d—no trace allowed due to SmartPost. This is a process failure, not a delay. Escalation to the local station is needed.

@FedExHelp Already DM’ed. Was told no trace can be opened due to SmartPost. Shipper won’t help. FedEx won’t help. Disappointed. This is not normal delivery delay. Package has been sitting at the Jackson facility since 4/7 with no movement. This needs escalation.

Epic fail for @JetBlue … absolutely zero reimbursement after cancelled flight. Just a sorry, we don’t pay for other airlines flights. So, I was supposed to miss the first day of my new job and wait for your next flight two days later.
Never again. First and last time.

@Delta I am trying to change flights due to COVID-19. It will not work on delta.com/mytrips because of a schedule change, and it tells me to call. When I call, it tells me there's high volume, go to the web and HANGS UP! Text hasn't answered in 48 hours! HELP!!!

@RoyalCaribbean Confused by wording of new health policy, please clarify: will an otherwise healthy person who doesn’t fit any of the other criteria, still be denied boarding if they have well controlled type 2 diabetes, regardless of age?
