D3 deficiency is implicated in catching COVID and in more severe illness. Taking it an hour before your caffeine is important. Take MK-7 at bedtime. They're synergistic.

You get enough sodium & calcium from food but you also need D3 before you get up, and MK-7 (the calcium fixing form of K) and Mg at bedtime. Keep some 'lite salt' on hand too-- it's half potassium. These work synergistically.
