@KSBurrack17 Yeah! I think that’s a really interesting example&I’ve def felt similarly…encouraging trainees to do advocacy work that no one else wants to do and that often results in no change ..can feel at odds with actually empowering them to take care of themselves

@ChezMaude But I am encouraged when I see trainees helping each other out and empowering each other!

Sitting in the lunch area at lab and @tori_osinski dropped off extra cucumbers from her garden and now I’m just watching passersby react with such joy to free cucumbers. 😆
