Tail Database now only displays CAT2 assets. Issuers can update their own TAIL hash by navigating to the relevant page e.g. taildatabase.com/tail/CAT1_hash - better UX coming shortly

@yutobar @bramcohen The way it was implemented was causing high load on the database and I haven't got round to making a better version yet. There is no conspiracy here.
