Fucking hell. I *hate* mandatory booking deposits (there’s always going to be legitimate and reasonable reasons to cancel a reservation and you shouldn’t be punished for that), but you understand why the hospitality industry has implemented them when this shit is pulled. Eurgh.

@parcelforce are a prime example. After paying for premium next day AM service they failed to pick up our meal kits (because they simply forgot to book it in 1/1
