@wlmsears @Noahpinion Maybe later we'll have batteries that can be replaced at good price. But we're not there yet and I find it hard to call EVs an "triumph" before such a technical solution is reality.

@wlmsears @Noahpinion But I think the problem remains that who would an 8+ years EV? It's a bit like buying a used laptop or smartphone past the time when the battery is good. Actually everyone I know including myself didn't buy their EV, we lease it because we fear the battery aging badly.
