Big corruption and petty corruption. But when i broke my leg real bad slipping on ice. The emergency surgery was totally free. Ive still got the metal bar in my leg. They have social programs, free health care and education that British leftists could only dream about. And when I ask Russians what they think of Putin. They generally shrug, "He's done a good job."
