Advocate Ngoato seems very "dodgy." I don’t know how many clubs he owns, but his place in Harties is called Bubbles Champagne Garden. He seems very well-connected in the ANC; he even owns an entire suburb near the Hartbeespoort Dam. That is a massive amount of money. 💀 Since the ANC runs Harties, it's interesting that he complained so much about the municipality being racist. The ANC gave out government land.
