@Snapchat is systematically failing to protect children. Despite explicit bios stating "I am 10" and multiple reports, Snapchat refuses to ban underage accounts, leaving them exposed to predators. This isn't a glitch; it's a safety crisis.

@evanspiegel there are children under the age of 13 using Snapchat. I'm reporting these accounts through the contact form but no action is being taken even when I submit concrete external evidence. Can you please take a look into this serious issue? This is child endangerment.
