𝐀𝐧 𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐕𝐚𝐜 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: Mass-produced imitation devices falsely resembling LifeVac, often sourced from Chinese dropshipping websites and sold for as little as £20, pose a serious and potentially fatal risk to life. Unlike the medically validated and patented LifeVac device, these counterfeit versions frequently contain dangerously substandard components. Most alarmingly, the so-called “one-way valve”, a critical safety feature in genuine LifeVac products is often replaced with nothing more than a cheap rubber grommet. This design flaw can force the obstruction further down the airway, worsening the choking incident and potentially leading to death. These counterfeit products are not registered with any national health authority and have no traceability, no public liability insurance, and no record of lifesaving efficacy. If one of these devices fails during use, no regulatory body will accept accountability, and victims or their families will be left without legal recourse. This is not only unethical, it is criminal. The unauthorized use of LifeVac’s name, branding, instructional material, and videos is also a violation of intellectual property, trademark, and design rights, and legal proceedings are being actively pursued. @LifeVacEurope #counterfeit #LifeVac #chokingrescuedevice #chokingprevention #dangerousgoods #family #children
