Today is the first day of astronomical spring, but it felt like the first day of summer ☀️. We love spending time outside whatever the weather, but today was just amazing getting vitamin D on bare arms and spotting shapes in the clouds. Hope @LondonSouthEY saw the 🌞 too!

This week we have been spotting signs of spring. The snowdrop is called grumpy & really does have a ☹️ face. We also saw the first bumble 🐝 of the year out in the sun. Trees are starting to show their blossom 🌸 too as well as the pussy willow / furry catkins. @LondonSouthEY

@community_play at @childcareedexpo Thank you so much for my 🚁 today. It is so tactile and the rotor blades keep spinning for so long it is amazing for rotational schemas. It's currently hiding in a truck waiting to be discovered by little hands on Monday.

Today I got to hear @LauraHAllain read her brilliant new book and she even recognised me as a childminder ❤️. Only a few more days until I get to listen to her at the @LondonSouthEY & @brighter_start #childminder #conference

This is me every time we go to the library. We took back 10 books and borrowed 17. Last time we came out with 41!

We visited Chinatown to see the lunar new year decorations and taste a range of foods including plain sweet bun, bao buns, dumplings, noodles, spring rolls, custard filled fish and a few snacks from the supermarket 😋 @LondonSouthEY

@LondonSouthEY We wrote a shopping list of 4 carrots, 2 eggs, vegetable oil & tissues before shopping using childsized trolleys. Back home we used our ingredients to make no added sugar carrot and banana muffins 😋
