When I was a kid, my brother was a massive Bucs fan. I chose the Panthers as my team, almost to contradict him. We talked a lot about how we’d always go to a Bucs-Panthers game one day. When he died, I thought the dream was dead. I inherited his dog, and we kept up the ritual of dressing him in Bucs jerseys in honor of his dad. I’d like to think he’s looking down, laughing at this right now.
