Here is a quick video explanation of how the built it whale chat works for the pre-sale-coins launched. Basically if you deposit, and you have over 1% supply (its changeable) you can get into the chat, you click the link, and you send a small amount of sol to verify the wallet. (like 40 cents), then you are allowed into the chat if you every go below 1% (or whatever % the launcher picked) , you get insta-kicked, so if someone jeets you should know, as they will be instantly removed from the chat. This helps show who wants to stay during draw downs and work on the coin. Also no one "runs" it, its fully run by the whales in the chat, the bot is the owner of the chat so it cant be rugged, but the people in there are all verified whale holders.
