@ChimeHelps the first of March I try to log onto chime to check the dispute and I found out they canceled both my cards but no one can tell me why. March 18 I got and email with an id claim number saying my dispute was credited to my account, but chime closed my account

I cant believe @Chime doesnt validate email addresses before sending banking information out. Someone accidentally used my email address and I have gotten balance statements, card activation emails, etc. Not a very secure platform at all.

So disappointed. Someone stole almost $400 from me and @Chime says there is nothing they can do. The charge was made at almost 2 in the morning and I called 4 hours later while it was still processing, filed a dispute and did everything they asked. Now they denied my dispute 😡
