The victim that was shot and killed by ICE in Maine has been identified as Joan Sebastian Guerrero. Guerrero had a 3-year-old daughter, was authorized to work in the US, was given a Social Security number, and was not the target of ICE's immigration action.

He retired at 56 even with a huge pension hit because his dad died at 59 and his grandfather died at 61. He has two toddlers. Hard to call that a bad financial decision when the entire point of money is buying back time
